Going to the Dogs
WAG! APP SCHEDULES ON-DEMAND WALKS
Wag!, the first app to provide dog owners with instant access to quality dog walkers, is now live in Houston. Everything’s bigger in Texas, including commitment to pets. This makes Wag! a perfect fit for the dog-loving H-Town. In fact, Wag! is so confident that busy dog parents will love their service that the first walk is on them!
With Wag!, dog walkers can be summoned with as little as 30 minutes’ notice. Walks can be tracked on users’ phones by GPS in real time. A “pup report” is delivered by the app at the end of each walk, including a picture/video of the pet, map of the route taken and full disclosure on exactly when and where the pet did its business.
Walks can last 20, 30 or 60 minutes, with an additional charge of $5 per dog in the same household. Walkers are available 24/7. Find Wag! in the App Store.

Here’s the SKOOP
Now open at 304 West Gray– the second Houston location of Nékter Juice Bar, the nationwide brand responsible for revolutionizing the juice and smoothie featuring the launch of Skoop, a new frozen treat in a category of its own. Skoop is currently available in Chocolate Bliss and Viva Vanilla, with additional unique flavors launching later this summer, and can be found at the Greenway Plaza and Midtown locations.
Skoop is a dairy-free, gluten-free, guilt-free ‘skoop’ of indulgence created by Nékter Juice Bar’s research and development team. Made with only clean, plant-based ingredients, Skoop is a smooth and decadent frozen confection free of artificial colors, flavors and refined sugars. Both Houston Nékter locations hand-make Skoop daily in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency – with cashew milk, honey, agave nectar, coconut palm sugar and sea salt.
