I’ve been an avid juicing machine fan for over 10 years, starting with my mom’s old-school Jack LaLanne badboy. I upgraded to a Hurom around the time I joined the Rawfully Organic co-op (which is sadly closed) and added a Champion for greens down the line. But last month I started pining for this rose gold beauty by Hurom and had to have her. My mind is blown by the tweaks in design from my original Hurom to this sleek (thanks to the rose gold stainless steel) juicing machine – the set of nesting carafes, the rack it comes with for easy storage and even the set of cleaning brushes has gotten an upgrade.
It has three different strainers. A fine one for perfectly pure juice with minimal pulp waste. The clarity of my juices is absolute magic! The coarse strainer allows you to make smoothies. Yes, you read right. You can pour milk and add your bananas, strawberries and all the pulpy fruits of your dreams. My first creation was a combination of spotty bananas, celery and a few green apples. I would have NEVER even dreamed this combination on one machine but on the HUROM H-AA Slow Juicer it’s possible and delicious. Oh, yes, there is an ice cream strainer for frozen fruits and veggies too. The possibilities are endless as we cross the great frontier of juicing into this brave new world.
