JOIN THE CREW
CREW FITNESS, a row studio concept based in Mobile, Alabama, will debut its first expansion unit this spring in the Houston Heights. Husband and wife team Dan and Marcia Strange will own and operate the facility, which will anchor Bungalows on 22nd Street, a boutique retail destination now under construction at 715 W. 22nd., between Shepherd and Durham and steps from Kraftsmen Baking and the future H-E-B.
“I’m excited to be back in this thriving city, where fitness is an integral part of so many people’s lives. Studio rowing – offering low-impact, high-intensity interval training that works both cardio and strength – is a newer and far from saturated option in Houston,” said Marcia Strange, who grew up in the Richmond/Rosenberg area.
