Held at NRG Park
The Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market takes the stage for its 37th year November 9–12. Held at NRG Park, the shop ’til you drop event features 45 new merchants this time around, selling decorative Santas from the new Santa Barre, custom-made wreaths for any occasion, interactive crawfish boil sets for kids, vibrant high-quality Native and American jewelry pieces, homemade baked dog treats, and baking and serving options for elegant and casual entertaining – just in time for the holidays!
Visitors will be able to peruse more than 280 booths in total. As always, 10 percent of proceeds from merchandise sales, along with proceeds from ticket sales, will support the Houston Ballet, their Academy and scholarship programs. In light of Hurricane Harvey and its damage to the Wortham Theater Center, supporting Houston’s arts organizations is more important than ever.
And speaking of ticket sales, discounted general admission tickets for the 37th Annual Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market are now available for $18 at all Houston-area Randalls locations.
“Randalls has been a longtime supporter of the Market and we have partnered with them for many years to offer discounted tickets to Houstonians,” said Patsy Chapman, CEO of the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market. “Purchasing your tickets ahead of time not only saves you money, but it’s a great way to avoid the lines and gain faster entry to the Market.”
Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster for $18 plus fees, as well as at the door during Market hours for $20.
